There are certain Chrome extensions (add-ons) that cause other applications and web sites not to work correctly. If you have installed extensions that did not come installed on your device when you received it from the District, they may be causing the issues you're seeing. Try uninstalling one or more extensions, and see if the problem clears up.
1) On your Chromebook, open the Chrome app .
2) At the top right, Select More More tools Extensions.
3) Next to the extension you want to remove, select Remove.
4) To confirm, select Remove.
NOTE: Some extensions cause problems with district owned Chromebooks. Remove extensions that are not approved by the district.
